By accessing and using the Turingle website (turingle.com) or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use our site or services. These terms apply to: site visitors, users of the free tools, and clients who engage Turingle's services.

Turingle offers the following services: • Digital Marketing: ad management (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads), content strategy, and analytics. • Process Automation: mapping, design, and implementation of automated workflows. • AI Agents: development of custom artificial intelligence agents. • CRM and Systems: configuration, integration, and customization of CRM platforms. • Strategic Consulting: diagnostics, roadmap, and implementation follow-up. The specific details of each project are defined in a commercial proposal and a contract signed by both parties.

The tools available at /ferramentas (calculators and diagnostics) are offered free of charge, with no mandatory registration. • Results are estimates based on general benchmarks and do not constitute a guarantee of outcome. • Data entered into the calculators is processed locally in your browser and is not sent to our servers. • Turingle is not responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of the tools' results.

All content on the site — text, images, design, code, logos, and materials — is owned by Turingle or licensed to it. It is prohibited to: • Reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written authorization. • Use Turingle's name, logo, or visual identity without permission. • Scrape or perform automated extraction of data from the site. Materials delivered as part of a project become the client's property after full payment, unless otherwise agreed in the contract.

Turingle treats all information received from clients in the context of projects as confidential. We do not disclose client data to third parties without authorization, except when: • Required by law or court order. • Necessary for partners involved in executing the project (under a confidentiality agreement). The client also agrees to keep Turingle's methodologies, processes, and proprietary materials confidential.

Payment terms are established in a proposal or contract specific to each project. In general: • Projects may require partial or full upfront payment depending on scope. • Fees for recurring services are billed at the start of each period. • Cancellations must be communicated 30 days in advance for monthly services. • Amounts already paid for delivered services are non-refundable. In case of non-payment, services may be suspended after 10 days of delay.

Turingle is not responsible for: • Specific results of marketing campaigns, which depend on variables outside our control (market, seasonality, client budget). • Failures of third-party platforms (Meta, Google, automation tools). • Indirect losses arising from client decisions based on our recommendations. • Service interruptions caused by force majeure, cyberattacks, or third-party infrastructure failures. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the last 30 days.

When using our site and services, you agree not to: • Use our services for illegal, fraudulent purposes, or purposes harmful to third parties. • Attempt to access systems or data without authorization. • Send spam or unsolicited communications using Turingle's tools. • Infringe third-party intellectual property rights.

Our site may contain links to third-party sites. Turingle does not control these sites and is not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. Access to external sites is entirely the user's responsibility.

We may update these Terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated 15 days in advance by email or notice on the site. Continued use of the site after the changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of Turingle's home jurisdiction in Brazil are elected to settle any disputes, with an express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged.
